Terms of use

Last updated: 24 September 2026

These terms cover your use of Mysterious Hotel (Gizemli Hotel), developed by Codixus. By downloading and playing the game you agree to them.

Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on your own devices for non-commercial purposes. The game, its story, art, sound and code belong to Codixus.

Free nights and the full game

• The first night is free.
• The other seven nights unlock with one one-time purchase through Google Play or the App Store, with no subscription. The price is shown in the store before you buy.
• Purchases, payment and refunds follow the terms of the store you bought from (Google Play or the App Store).
• With the same Google or Apple account you can unlock your purchase again with the restore option on the night list or in the game's settings.

What you may not do

• Copy, distribute, sell or rent the game or its content.
• Reverse engineer the game or spread modified versions of it, except where the law allows.
• Try to get around the purchase or the locks on later nights.

Updates

We may update the game, change its content or fix problems. Because your progress is kept on your device, uninstalling the game or clearing its data also deletes your progress.

Liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise it will run without interruption or errors, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Privacy

What the game does with information is explained in the privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, with the date above.
